Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise mobile applications: for tablets and phones, for iOS, Android and HTML5.
- Work with our UX team to create amazing end-user experiences.
- Talk directly with real customers to make sure your great products deliver real business value.
- Integrate customer feedback into our products.
Qualifications we look for:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience using Java and SQL.
- Some experience working on mobile applications with iOS or Android.
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
- Clear communicator.

Hardware Product Manager

You have an electrical engineering background which you have applied in the past to design hardware products and you love fiddling with hardware to this day. You understand what it takes to design, build, source and manufacture electronic products working with a broad team of internal and external firmware developers, software developers, suppliers and contract manufacturers. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hardware design and production including component sourcing, suppliers, quality control, margins, and pricing.
- Manage all supply-side relationships, search for and evaluate new components, and identify new suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.
- Oversee electrical and mechanical design (working with ODM / OEM and CM partners).
- Optimize the order fulfillment and production process for quality, speed and cost.
- Work directly with customers and partners to make sure your great products deliver real business value.
- Develop and articulate the hardware product roadmap.
- Work with the software engineering team to ensure that EmployTouch products are cohesive from top to bottom.
- Manage the production operation of EmployTouch contract manufacturers, ensuring on-time fulfillment of hardware products.
Qualifications we look for:
- University degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering and/or product management of electronic devices.
- Demonstrated Project Management involving suppliers, contractors, and employees.
- Passion for mobile technologies.
- Clear communicator and relationship builder.
Other things that help you fit in:
- Hands on experience with tablets and smartphones; Android or iOS is preferred.
- A background in software engineering at any level.
- Experience working on design or management of USB devices, PoE devices, RFID or Arduino.

- Drive hardware and software product issues reported by customers, partners and internal users to closure.
- Implement fixes, workarounds and solutions to resolve reported issues.

- Reproduce and document product defects.

Qualifications we look for:

- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Familiarity and experience working with java-based applications and SQL.

- Strong technical background with proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Passion for mobile technologies.
